For security purposes, we do not accept orders over the phone. To place an order, please follow these steps:

- During checkout, review or enter your shipping address and payment details.
- Complete the order by confirming the details and proceeding to checkout.

Tracking Information
When you place an order with African Vogue, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order please email support@african-allure.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email. You may also visit our website and log into your account to see your tracking number after that the products have been shipped.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount (excluding shipping fees) and you will need to place a new order.
Address Change
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request an address change by contacting our customer service at support@african-couture.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
